These Terms of Service govern use of Care Sharing, provided by Terra3 GmbH ("Terra3", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Care Sharing, you agree to these terms.

Use of Care Sharing

Care Sharing is a collaboration application for authorised users. You may use it only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the organisation that granted your access. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Accounts and access

Access is controlled through the configured sign-in provider and the permissions assigned in Care Sharing. Your organisation may create, change, suspend or remove access to its workspace. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or legal rights.

Content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for content you add to Care Sharing. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use Care Sharing to harm others. Do not share information beyond the permissions and authority granted to you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Care Sharing available and reliable, but the service may be changed, maintained, interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Intellectual property

Terra3 and its licensors retain all rights in Care Sharing, including its software, design and branding. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Care Sharing for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Care Sharing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Terra3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, Care Sharing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms. For questions about these terms, contact your Care Sharing organisation administrator, who can coordinate with Terra3 GmbH where necessary.
